Children's Hospice - information valid in 2012
Children’s Hospice South West is the only organization providing specialist hospice care in the South West
for families with children who are not expected to reach adulthood. Through its homely hospices – Little
Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall – we offer short breaks,
palliative, emergency and end of life care to sick children and care and support to their families. As well
as help, advice, care and support to well brothers and sisters in bereavement and beyond.
We rely on the generosity of our supporters to deliver our promise to ‘make the most of short and precious lives’.
